Search Options

Traditional Retainer
This agreement is often used for high-level, labor intensive Executive searches.

Hybrid Retainer
This agreement is often used for mid-level management positions and/or other critical positions and allows our firm to concentrate and dedicate time exclusively on our client’s assignment.

Contingent Search
This agreement is often used for low-level management positions and below. No fee is paid unless our candidate is hired.

The Search Process
Our Search Methodology is a proven process that represents our commitment to finding the best talent for your organization:

  • Initial Consultation - Initial meeting where we learn about your business, perform fact finding and define your talent requirements.
  • Develop Position Requirements - We help you to define/refine your position requirements and speak with hiring managers to gather additional details about specific positions.
  • Sourcing and Screening Candidates - We use a variety of methods to source for candidates and screen them for appropriateness. We provide status reports to help keep the candidate flow process on track.
  • Interviews - We perform in-depth interviews with selected candidates either in-person or if necessary, via tele-conference.
  • Resume presentation/Interview Set-up - we present the resumes of the most qualified candidates and act as the intermediary in setting up interviews.
  • Reference Checking - we thoroughly interview and document the references provided by the candidate.
  • Offer Presentation and Follow-through - we assist you in determining the best offer to win the candidate, present the offer, and assist in the candidate’s transition (resignation, relocation, etc.).
